Dedicated staff are essential to ensure that you truly feel at home with us.

First and foremost, I would like to introduce our future hospitality professionals, Anouk and Alexander. They are two enthusiastic apprentices in their third year. They are involved in all areas, particularly on the front lines. We are pleased to have them with us, bringing joy and dedication to their work.

Following the younger members, I would like to introduce the more seasoned team. A couple well-known to every guest at Piz Mitgel. Lucinda and Manuel have been loyal to the establishment for many years. Lucinda is always in service, dedicated to the well-being of our guests, while Manuel is the heart and soul of the house, always ready to help wherever needed. He also provides valuable assistance in the kitchen.

Sandra, our floor manager, also boasts a considerable number of years of service at Piz Mitgel. When needed, she also assists in the service.

Jura, our man for everything, supports us in all areas—whether on the floor, in the kitchen, or in service. We are pleased to have him as part of our team.

At the reception, you will be greeted by Tamara. If she is not at her post, it is quite likely that you will encounter her on the floor or in the service area.

In the background, handling accounting and all financial matters, is Bruno’s domain.

Werner vom Berg, supported by Boris and, as mentioned, Manuel, ensures refined tastes and culinary delights.

Thomas is responsible for all restaurant areas, addressing your special requests to ensure your comfort with us, selecting the right wine, and much more.

I look forward to my time as a host at Piz Mitgel. Although we are a small team, we are not specialists but all-rounders. We help each other and have a common goal – you, our satisfied guest.
